Before Woof Boom, Kody was the sales manager at EZ Concrete Supply, managing the sales team focused on customer retention and customer acquisition. Kody and his wife, Cheyann, both born and raised in Lima, have a young daughter, Sandi. When not working, Kody is playing with his daughter and finding time to exercise. He loves to travel whenever he gets a chance. The culture and the local presence attracted him to Woof Boom, along with the strides the company has made in its growth.
