Blake’s Dad used to say, “make something of yourself,” so Blake started a radio station. But not just ANY stations, because Blake only plays NEW country, which is, in his opinion, the best music out there. Blake figured out the importance of music early on: while bungee cording a radio to his 10-speed…it all went well until he got his first ticket, violating the noise ordinance! Because he values new country so much, he knows his listeners want less commercials and more music, so that’s what he promises.
