Tom Krouse began his sales career at United Telephone (It has changed names at least six times since then) for 8 years, then convinced people to work at Spherion in Findlay & Lima, OH, back when it was Interim Personnel and owned by Bob & Grace Schlute. He began his radio career at Clear Channel (currently iHeart) and now, working at Woof Boom, he will have been in radio for 20 years as of 2021! Tom enjoys seeing different faces each day as he is out and about. He likes the relationships you build and he doesn’t like to follow any rules: just do what you say you’re going to do. He’s always had an interest in music and a great appreciation for the air talent, including the sports side of things.  Tom and Sherry, high school sweethearts, have been together for 54 years and share two children.  Tom has previously worked on the local United Way committees and Ohio State scholarship campaign. He was one of the first students to attend class at the Lima Campus back in 1966. While he’s slowed down from working these days, he enjoys watching “the new kids” change and grow to continue to help the community.
