Scott Bayliff is a lifelong resident of Lima/Allen County. He worked for the local cable company for 20 plus years, mostly in the TV advertising business.

He stepped down from that role to open a local restaurant.

Scott says that he is excited to once again be a part of helping to promote local businesses and to be involved with community events.
